Cetaphil Face Wash

Cetaphil_20091129

As guys, finding a face wash that doesn’t have scent names like “Passionate Pomegranate” and “Morning Burst” is actually harder than you think. Cetaphil($11) is here to help. Most skin cleansers remove more than they should with abrasive sand-like particles, but Cetaphil gently removes what your skin doesn’t need. It’s actually a #1 recommended product by dermatologists, but the best part of all is that it doesn’t make you smell like a piece of fruit. Available at most drugstores.

Void V02BL Watch

Void_V02BL_20091125

Void watches have just introduced the new V02BL($200) wristwatch. The V02BL basically takes how you normally read analog watches and throws it right out the window. Created with a half dial double handed twist the V02BL is definitely unique. Rather than the hands flying back when they reach the end there are a separate set of hands that are concealed on the top half of the dial. Once the hand comes off of the left edge the new hand creeps in from the right side. Reading this is actually quite simple. The red hand denotes minutes while the white hand denotes hours. Void managed to put a new twist on this retro dashboard design. The V02BL is also made in steel gray, polished, and gold.

Cycloc Bicycle Storage

cycloc

The Cycloc Bicycle Storage is an easy solution to conveniently get your bike out of the way and to free up some space. Designed to pretty much hold almost any kind of bike, the Cycloc only needs three screws to mount and instantly get your bike off the floor. It also has a hole to run a lock through, and a bucket-like design to hold your gear as well. The whack thing about this though, it’s basically $130 dollars for a “plastic bucket”. It’s insane but definitely a clever idea that is simply too expensive.

Spyderco Mule Team Fixed Blade

Spyderco_Mule_Team_20091124

Spyderco has done something pretty interesting with their Mule Team($20) line of blades. The Mule Team series is a set of knives that are crafted using experimental and exotic steels to allow knife lovers to test them out and use something that’s not typically offered by the industry. Spyderco purposely leaves these blades handleless to give an aspect of DIY for enthusiasts. Holes have been drilled to allow for custom handles or cord wrapping. The Mule Team series is released every year in limited runs of about 600 pieces. Each run is made with a different type of steel. For this particular run 9CR18MO steel was forged into the blade above.
