This $128 toothbrush might make you wince at first, but if you think about how often you brush (or should) then that’s not really such a large investment. The Smartguide heads up display attaches to your mirror and notifies you which quadrant you should be brushing in real time, all wirelessly of course. On Running Shoes
The new year is pretty much here and soon the gyms will be packed with those in hopes of shedding some pounds. One of the most popular exercises is of course is running. The only downside of running is that it places the highest impact on your muscles and tendons which could definitely cause problems. More than 2/3 of runners eventually suffer minor or serious injuries. On Running Shoes steps into the scene with a solution. They have patented the WaveStep Technology, which is an array of hollowed circular pieces of rubber underlining the shoes that will absorb the impact and release energy for the push-off via the interlocking pieces.
