Streetbikes have always found a way to tug at our heart strings. Though the RS 50 ($3K) by Aprilia is mini, we’re still in love. The RS 50 is built around a 50cc 8.4hp engine that only weighs 33 pounds, and can do 70mph. The design draws inspiration from Aprilia’s flagship RSV 1000R and makes no apologies. For a mini bike you’d expect to see some skimping when it comes to features, but not with an Aprilia. The RS 50 includes an aluminum frame, aluminum swingarm, 6-speed gearbox, light weight wheels with ‘Y’ spokes, front and rear disk brakes, electric start, and analog/digital instrumentation.
