Blitz Chiller

Blitz-Chiller

There’s not much worse than drinking warm beer, well actually never being able to have Megan Fox is one, but that’s not the point. The Blitz Chiller solves this problem, and solves it quickly. Its revolving chilling chamber can chill a can down to 38ºF in 2 minutes flat and 33ºF (ice cold) in 4. So either you stay ready and make sure you always have cold ones on deck, or you get yourself one of these for back up.

XBMC Media Center Software

XBMC_mediaSW_20100526

Many of us are starting to use our computers more and more to consume music, movies, and even television. The problem with this picture is that not all of us have massive monitors and stereo systems to really enjoy all of this wonderful content. XBMC is media center software that is easy to use, fully customizable, and works on virtually any computer platform. The best part about XBMC? It’s absolutely free. Now you’re probably wondering “That’s nice, how do I get it on my TV?” Well the folks over at LifeHacker wrote up a nice little guide to build a silent and miniscule dedicated media center for about $200. You can read the guide here. Another cool feature with XBMC is that you can even set it up as a video game emulator to play all of those classic ROMs you have floating around your computer.

Vestal Rosewood Watch

Vestal-Rosewood-Watch

Now this isn’t the finest watch we’ve seen before, but it does have a great unique look that we think deserves some spot light. This Vestal’s Rosewood Watch was born after the designers stared at a fret board for 3 hours. The result is a sweet looking watch at a descent price.

“Vestal watch collections fine-tune style and expression for the musically inspired individual. Established in 1997, Vestal is marketed and branded through friends, musicians, artists, and athletes who are immersed within music culture.”

Nike All-Over Printed Tee (USA)

Nike_All_Over_Soccer_Tee_20100517

World Cup is coming up pretty fast and if you don’t have your gear yet then you need to make some decisions pretty soon. The Nike All-Over tee gets the point across that it’s a soccer shirt, but has a nice level of subtlety. We wish there were more choices but it looks like there’s only a USA and Netherlands version.

Istapark 532nm Green Laser

Istapark_green_laser_20100504

What is it about powerful lasers that we love? The Istapark 532nm is no exception. The build quality is pretty nice and it feels great in the hand. The rear push button toggle switch gives it a tactical feel that is pretty much unmatched by other laser pointers. For actual uses, well you almost have us stumped. For the astronomer type we could see this being used outdoors at night, where the beam is completely visible, to point at the sky. For the young executive, well you will probably blind people trying to point at your chart deck. If you’re neither of those then we suppose you can just point at stuff and show your friends what a cool toy this thing is.
